Shrewsbury Police: Man Charged With Third Drunk Driving Offense; Man Allegedly Steals Dirt Bike, Rides it Around School

• At 5:02 p.m., police responded to a call about a person riding a dirt bike on the property of the Coolidge Elementary School on Florence Street. Police called environmental police and confirmed that the dirt bike was stolen.
