The 3 p.m. shuttle is the last run that will drop off and pick up in Boston. Riders using that run to go into Boston cannot book both an inbound and return trip on the same run and will need another way home, according to the town.
Patch previously reported in May 2024 that MassDOT awarded a $127,000 grant to expand the Boston Hospital Shuttle to Sudbury and Wayland. At the time, the service only stopped in Framingham and Natick.
Questions about the hospital shuttle can be directed to the MWRTA Call Center at 508-820-4650 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. For issues with booked trips after hours, riders can call the same number and press option 2 to speak with dispatch.
