Wayland Eatery Offering Summer Prix Fixe Menu
A Wayland restaurant is serving a limited-time summer dinner menu built around seasonal appetizers, entrees and dessert.
WAYLAND, MA — A Wayland restaurant is serving a limited-time summer dinner menu built around seasonal appetizers, entrees and dessert.
Coach Grill at 55 Boston Post Road will offer a three-course summer prix fixe menu nightly through Aug. 1 for $55 per person. Diners can choose from appetizers, including watermelon and feta salad with basil and honey-lime vinaigrette or chilled gazpacho with crème fraîche.
Entree choices include a spicy tuna poke bowl with avocado, cucumber, sushi rice and sesame; marinated steak tips with whipped potatoes; and chicken Milanese topped with arugula salad and shaved parmesan.
Dessert is a key lime tart with raspberry coulis and vanilla Chantilly cream.
Coach Grill is open Monday through Thursday from 4:30 to 9 p.m., Friday from 4:30 to 10 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., according to the restaurant’s website.
