Sudbury's Digital Lines Down, Alternate Numbers Established For Calling
Windstream is working on the issue which has affected multiple communities in Massachusetts.

Last night’s storm has downed two of the Town’s PRI digital lines which are the Town’s primary phone lines. Windstream is working on the issue which has affected multiple communities in Massachusetts. The Town’s 911 service is operational and should be used for emergencies only.

If you would like to contact the Police or Fire for non-emergency issues, you can reach them at 978-443-1041. The other Town offices can be reached by calling 978-443-1027. Direct calling is not working because of the PRI outage. The last 4 digits of the person’s direct number is their extension.
