Temporary Procedure for Open Burning Permits

Until further notice, the Sudbury Fire stations are closed to walk-in traffic. Due to the fact that we do not have online permitting capabilities, residents who wish to obtain an Open Burning permit may complete the application below, print it, and mail it along with the $10.00 fee to Sudbury Fire Headquarters at 77 Hudson Road. Applications will be input into the system and the Open Burning Permit (with number) will be mailed or emailed to the resident. The process to register for daily burning will remain the same and requires a permit number.

We remind all residents that Open Burning without a permit is prohibited.
