Town Of Sudbury To Hold Public Hearing On Pine Tree Removal

The hearing concerns an application for changes to a "Scenic Road" filed by Lauren Kaplan for the property located at 149 Goodman's Hill Rd.

Public Hearing- Planning Board

In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40, Section 15C; MGL Chapter 87, Section
3; and Sudbury General Bylaw Article VIII(B), Scenic Roads, the Sudbury Planning Board, in
conjunction with the Tree Warden, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at
7:30 P.M. in the Lower Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts, concerning an
application for changes to a Scenic Road filed by Lauren Kaplan for the property located at 149
Goodman’s Hill Road (Assessor’s Map J10-0501). The application concerns the removal of one
(1), approximately 32”, dead Pine tree on the northern border of the property along Goodman’s
Hill Road for safety concerns.
