The recently released National Association of REALTOR's Profile of Home Buyer's Feature Preferences reported that 65% of all Buyers considered central A/C as one of the most important features of their 33 choices. "The next most important home feature to recent buyers was a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, which was considered very important by 39 percent of recent buyers. Choosing a home that has cable, satellite TV, and/or is Internet-ready, and has an ensuite master bathroom were close followers at 37 percent and 34 percent, respectively." This is not restricted to certain parts of the US as Buyers in the Northeast also picked central a/c as their number one feature of choice by 48%. Second on Northeast Buyer's list is a wired home, 39%, new kitchen appliances, 32%, that master bath comes in fourth in the Northeast at 29% followed by a finished basement at 27%.
