• Swampscott Native Turns Love of Baseball Into Documentary on Banana Ball Player (swampscotttides.org) — A Swampscott native, filmmaker Brendan Norton, has turned his lifelong love of baseball into a short documentary about unicycle-riding Banana Ball player Jonathan "Sunshine" Luders. Norton, a Swampscott High graduate now working in North Carolina, credits early media classes and local friendships for helping him land the project as Luders returns to play in Massachusetts this weekend.
