At 9:38 a.m., a caller reported seeing two people possibly shooting up in a gray Smart Car on Buena Vista Street.

At 11:46 a.m., the DPW was notified of icy conditions on Danvers Road.

At 4:59 p.m., there was a report of people towing kids on sleds and doing donuts in a parking lot on Atlantic Avenue.
