Traffic Problems; Car B&E: Swampscott Police

Thursday, Feb. 4
At 8:30 am., there were traffic difficulties on Humphrey Street due to traffic signal malfunctions in Swampscott and along Lynn Shore Drive.
At 9:20 a.m., there was a report of a broken down truck on Danvers Road Bridge.

At 4:58 p.m., a police officer was flagged down about a man pushing an empty baby carriage on Paradise Road. Police were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.
At 6:45 p.m., there was a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle on Sherwood Road.

At 9:54 p.m., a resident on Paradise Road said there was a neighbor blocking a shared driveway. Police advised that it was a civil matter and advised of several options.
