FAIRY GARDEN TOUR AND WORKSHOP
This article describes a workshop for adults and children at Chelmsford Garden Club's Fairy Garden Tour.
The Chelmsford Garden Club is planning a Fairy Garden Tour. One unique feature of this tour is that you can attend a workshop and create fairy houses, furniture and accessories. There will be a workshop in the Fiske Barn which will provide instructions and supplies for an additional $5 fee. The workshop is suitable for both children and adults. Fairy gardens are currently very popular can be used indoors as well as outdoors.
The private gardens on the tour are beautiful horticulture wonders including water features and many rare plants and ornaments. So whether your interest is in regular gardens or fairy gardens there will be much to see. There will also be an elegant tea at the Hill-Jock House with tea sandwiches and desserts galore. The tour will take place on Sat. June 13, 10:00-4:00 and Sun. June 14, 12:00-4:00. Tickets are $20 available at Harrington Liquor Store or Call Carol at 978-251-8396. On June 13 and 14 tickets will be sold at the Hill-Jock House, 105 Garrison Rd. and all homes on the tour.
