Meet Bestselling Cookbook Author Terry Walters On July 12

Meet Terry, A Leader In The Clean Eating Lifestyle Movement

TEWKSBURY, MA – Bestselling cookbook author Terry Walters will discuss her popular clean food cookbooks on Tuesday, July 12 at 7pm. After the talk, there will be a clean food tasting.

Walters will inspire and empower with her clean food approach to creating nutritionally-backed, healing and delicious meals that support sustainable good health and vibrant living. She is at the forefront of the clean eating lifestyle movement and is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and passion to eat clean and live well.

Walters is the author of three bestselling cookbooks – Eat Clean, Live Well; Clean Food: A Seasonal Guide To Eating Close To The Source; and Clean Start: 100 Recipes To Inspire You To Eat Clean and Live Well. She is a James Beard Foundation Award finalist and recipient of the Nautilus Gold and Silver Book Awards. Of her first book, chef Mario Batali says: "Clean Food is the most exciting book based on fresh produce and simple recipes I have used in years."

Walters is regularly featured on television and radio, in print and Internet media, and is the author of the popular blog "Eat Clean Live Well." She serves as the Director of Culinary Education for the Institute of Sustainable Nutrition. She works extensively as an educator, consultant, clean food chef, and advocate for healthy charge in the way we eat and live.

Adults and teens from Tewksbury and beyond are invited to attend this free hour-long event. A Q&A and book selling and signing – for those interested – will take place after the presentation and tasting.
