Procter & Gamble (P&G), a proud partner of the Olympic Games, wants consumers to
Ride into the Rio 2016 Olympic Games with a Virtual Reality (VR) viewer this summer. The VR
experience, available to consumers through a P&G promotion at DeMoulas Market Basket July
31 - Aug. 6 will immerse consumers in exclusive heart-pounding action from the perspective of
athletes like mountain bike athlete Chloe Woodruff.
“I’m grateful for the support P&G has provided me and my fellow athletes to help us prepare for
the Olympic Games. I’m excited that people can experience what it’s like to compete in the
mountain bike competition,” says Woodruff.
Chloe Woodruff, 28, became a National Champion in 2015 and won the Pan AM Champs Bronze
in both 2015 and 2016. She has been a part of the World Champs team eight times.

In addition to mountain biking, the VR experience provides access to exclusive video from the
view of Olympians participating in BMX cycling and canoe slalom events. Consumers can
purchase $30 of their favorite P&G products beginning July 31 through Aug. 6 at DeMoulas
Market Basket to receive the VR viewer and exclusive Team USA videos.
