Tewksbury’s new in Town Flag Football Season continued this weekend with week 3.
Blue Pride played Red Pride which proved to be a very close game to the end. Blue started out on offense with Justin Magee starting at QB and handing the ball off to Conner Flynn who came out running tough on his 1st two carries of the game. On the next play, Luke Nazzaro got the ball and took it 40 yards for his 1st touchdown of the season to put Blue up 6-0.
When Blue Defense took the field, they were lead by Matthew Flynn, Cameron Kearney and Nicholas Kearney, all who had 6 pulls over the course of the game. Red Offense was not shut down however, they were able to break free and tie the game up 6-6.

On Blues next offense series, Matthew Flynn jumped in as QB and gave a great handoff to Magee who danced and moved his way down the field picking up his 3rd touchdown of the season giving Blue the lead 12-6.
As the 1st half came to an end, Red was able to tie it up 12-12.

In the 2nd Half, both teams were strong on defense not allowing any touchdowns on the 1st 4 series. Late in the 2nd half, with Flynn still in as QB he pitch the ball to the right to Nicholas Kearney on broke it down the field for 40 yards and picked up his 3rd touch down of the season putting Blue up 18-12.
As the game came to a close, both Teams finished strong and had a great game.
