WAKEFIELD, MA — The Parkside, a new rental opportunity in Wakefield, has announced a lottery for one affordable apartment. The seven-unit building is pet friendly, provides elevator access, and is EV-ready. Through the lottery process, the unit will be rented at an affordable price to a household with an income at or below 80% of the area median income. The apartment is expected to be ready for occupancy immediately following the lottery and all required screenings.

The application deadline is June 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Applications may be emailed to info@sebhousing.com, faxed to (617) 782-4500, or mailed to SEB Housing, Re: The Parkside, 257 Hillside Ave, Needham, MA 02494. Applications postmarked by the deadline must be received within 5 business days.
