Arrest Log: Three Warrant Arrests, Two Domestic Disturbances, and One Suspended License
A list of the arrests made by the Wakefield Police Department from May 27 to May 29, 2011.

Jason Farrell, 33, or 10 Aborn Ave in Wakefield, was arrested on a warrant on May 31 at 5:30 p.m. .
Jacob McCarthy, 19, of 40 Central Street in Wakefield, was arrested on June 1 at 10 p.m. after police received a call from a family on Central Street that he was “out of control.” When police arrived, they said they found McCarthy’s brother holding McCarthy down. McCarthy’s brother reportedly had deep lacerations on his face. Witnesses told police McCarthy had become out of control during an argument with his mother, and his brother intervened. McCarthy was arrested on domestic assault and battery charges, and vandalism.
Michael Morley, 44, of 66 Elm Street, was arrested on June 1 at 11:25 p.m. after police responded to his residence for a domestic disturbance. Witnesses told police that Morley had been listening to the Bruins game, until he and his wife began to argue. Morley allegedly threw a beer bottle at his wife. Morley was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. This is Morley’s second arrest in two weeks for domestic disturbances.

Wilson Dutra, 48, of 95 Audubon Road, was arrested on June 2 at 9 a.m. for allegedly driving without a license. Police noticed Dutra driving a pickup truck on Lowell Street that had a bag hanging off of a lawn mower which covered up the truck’s license plate. When police enacted a traffic stop and pulled Dutra over, he said his license had been suspended. Police also charged Dutra with having no inspection sticker and for having a number plate violation.
Tammy Sheehan, 45, of 2 Melvin Street, was arrested on May 30 at 7 p.m. after police responded to her house for a disturbance call. The victim reportedly told police that she was intoxicated and he would like her removed from the home. When police arrived they found that she had three outstanding warrants for her arrest, so she was taken into custody.

Police were called to Edgewater Drive on June 2 at 10 p.m. for a report of males playing basketball on the property. When police arrived, they discovered that one of the males, Ervin St. Jean, 18, of 3 Avon Court in Wakefield, had an active warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and transported to the station.
