Carolyn Ogren Retires from The Savings Bank

Carolyn Ogren (fourth from left) recently retired from her position as a Director of The Savings Bank after 25 years of service. Ms. Ogren was elected a Corporator of the Bank in 1991 and a Director in 1992. She served as a member of the Bank’s Audit Committee from 1998 until her retirement, including serving as Chairperson of the Committee since 2001. According to Bank President Brian D. McCoubrey, she guided this important committee during 15 years of escalating oversight of the industry with heightened expectations for risk management. Ms. Ogren was highly respected by her fellow Directors and the Bank’s management team.

Joining Carolyn at her final meeting of the Board are fellow Directors (front row, left to right) Karen Conard, Bob DiBella, Brian McCoubrey, Ms. Ogren, Board Chairman John Spinello, Mike Barrett, Glenn Dolbeare and Scott Garrant; (second row, left to right) Susan O’Neill, Joanne Reilly, Kelley Chapman, Tony Gallugi, Dan Sherman, Tom Mullen, Mark Simeola, and Ann Hadley.
