A FEW SECONDS WITH OUR FATHERS AND MOTHERS

Temple Emmanuel’s Social Committee and the WWII Memorial Committee announce a special musical tribute to WWII veterans and their families.

Maine singer-songwriter, Curt Bessette will present original and hit parade songs in his program entitled, “A FEW SECONDS WITH OUR FATHERS".  Curt Bessette, a long-time Linden Tree Coffeehouse favorite will be accompanied by Jenn Kurtz.

"A FEW SECONDS WITH OUR FATHERS" features Curt's original songs about WWII and stories about his Navy veteran father and veterans who returned home and never spoke of what they had done or seen.  Local WWII veterans will also briefly speak about their experiences and share memorabilia during the intermission.  This special event is a fundraiser for the new WWII MEMORIAL being built.

TICKETS will be available at the door.  Veterans of WWII will be admitted free.

Adults - $15   Children under 13 - $10   There is a chairlift to the second floor.
