Lights Up Theatre is a summer theatre program now in its fourth season under the artistic and administrative direction of Cory D'Arco and Brendan Kenney (both Wakefield High School Alumni) that allows students entering grade 7 through their first year of college to participate in a professional musical production with a qualified staff and wide range of theatre exposure. Our mission is to provide LUT actors with a strong knowledge in acting technique, vocal technique, as well as rehearsal and performance etiquette while maintaining a fun, upbeat atmosphere. All productions are professionally photographed and accompanied by a live orchestra.
