Wakefield Repertory Youth Theatre is back for another successful summer! On August 4, WRYT will be opening their production of Disney’s My Son Pinocchio at the Melrose Veteran’s Memorial Middle School. Showing the story of Gepetto, the toy maker, his journey to find just what parenthood is all about, and the Blue Fairy, a wish granter determined to keep her perfect track record in tact, while also following the wooden toy, Pinocchio, who is just looking for acceptance.
The cast of My Son Pinocchio has worked diligently all summer, and is proud to present this new twist on a family classic, which is a must see for children and adults alike!
