Event Spotlight: Chinese New Year Celebration for Middle Schoolers

12 - 4 p.m. at the Beebe Library.

Here's a good activity for middle schoolers during today's half day. Students in grades 5-8 can come to the library to make Chinese lanterns from noon until 4 p.m. and hang them up in the Young Adult area in honor of the Year of the Dragon.  

At 1 p.m., students can make a winter scene with snowmen, snowballs and pteredactyls in the Program Room.

All middle schoolers are welcome, and no registration is required.
