Before we go to the vendor list, here are this week’s specials and news from our vendors in the order received:

Emmett's Edibles - If you have a new puppy or just trying to teach an old dog new tricks pick up some Pumpkin Stars. Stars make great training treats for your furry family member and are low in fat.

Flats Mentor Farm wants everyone to know they will be back July 15! The cold rainy May slowed things down, so they won't yet have their full array of produce, but what they will have is sure to be fabulous.

On the Edge Knife Sharpening will be here. Show up early to get in the line!

Aaronap Cellars will be bringing back their Summer Blush Rose. With hints of local Concord grapes, this wine has been selling out every week! Come before it's gone!

From Jaju Piergo: We'll be bringing back our special new flavor - Reuben - with pastrami and sauerkraut - to the market this Saturday.

Charlton Orchards will have strawberries, raspberries and blueberries!

Habibi Gourmet Food - Now selling 12 oz. artichoke spinach hummus. Delicious!

Swiss Bakers: Hazelnut croissants!! We have our amazing Sandwiches on pretzel baguettes back, as well as our special for the summer: PBB, pretzel burger buns. One bag with 6 large sesame pretzel burger buns for only $10.00!

Produce: Charlton Orchards, Farmer Dave, and Kelly's Farm will have even more fresh produce as we get further into the summer season. Strawberries should still be available and the other berries are coming into the height of their season. Expect more squash, peas, greens tomatoes, onions, and much more! Flats Mentor Farm will have herbs and their lovely greens. I hope they have pea tendrils but we’ll have to wait and see.

Dried Legumes: Check it out! Farmer Dave’s now brings Baer’s Beans to our market! Grown and dried in Maine by Farmers Charley and Carol Baer, they are the best and so fresh there is no need to soak before cooking.

Pasture-raised Meats, Poultry, and Eggs
