Bring your chairs and blankets, and maybe a picnic lunch for your family to the Wakefield Common (off Main Street,) Wakefield on Tuesday, June 27th at 6:30 pm for a lively free summer concert with the Squeezebox Stompers. By the lake watching the sunset with plenty of space for young to old to dance along is a perfect evening outing.

The Squeezebox Stompers is a Boston area band performing Cajun, Zydeco, blues and Americana music all over New England. Their Roadhouse Roots music: is a unique mix of Cajun, Zydeco, Celtic, Country, blues, and jazz featuring accordion, guitar, fiddle, mandolin, saxophone bass and drums on two-steps, Cajun waltzes, Delta blues, hoe-downs, swamp ballads, and original tunes. The veteran performers for the past 25 years have distinguished themselves as music award winners: Ralph Tufo with 4 Boston Music Awards and Larry Plitt as the 2007 winner of the Boston Folk Festival Songwriting Contest.” The Squeezebox Stompers are: Ralph Tufo –accordion, piano, vocals ,Larry Plitt–guitar, vocals, ,Mike Migliozzi –drums, vocals, and Steve Latanision - fiddle, mandolin, banjo and guitar, Andy Solberg—bass, vocals, and Geoff Wadsworth—saxophone, harmonica, penny whistles, vocals. www.SqueezeboxStompers.com
