Kathryn Boyle appointed Treasurer and Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield

Kathryn Boyle, Senior Vice President, Senior Trust Officer with First Financial Trust, a subsidiary of The Savings Bank, was recently appointed Treasurer and Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield.

As an officer and director, Kathryn will work with the 15-member Board to support the organization’s mission of ensuring that all children within and around the community have greater access to quality programs and services that will enhance their lives and shape their futures. The Club currently serves over 1100 boys and girls who have access to a broad range of programs in five core program areas: Education & Career Development, Character & Leadership Development, Health and Life Skills, The Arts, and Sports, Fitness & Recreation.

The Club was founded in Stoneham in 1972 with a satellite site opened in Wakefield in 2014. The club seeks to enable all young people, especially those who need the club most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. The organization is an autonomous organization, affiliated with the nationwide Boys & Girls Club.
