Michelle Coullahan has been named its new Chief Financial Officer of VNA Middlesex-East. She will replace Lawrence Laspesa who recently retired from the position. Coullahan joined the agency in 1993 and was most recently its Finance and IT Director. Previous to joining the VNA she was manager of the escrow department of Boston Five Cents Savings Bank. She holds a B.S. degree in math and economics from Boston College. Callahan lives in Wakefield with husband Peter and children Meghan and Bryan.VNA of Middlesex-East provides home health and hospice care in Greater Boston communities located in Essex and Middlesex counties. It is an affiliate of the Lahey Health system.

The Linden Tree Concert series has a fabulous show for audiences of all ages on Sunday, May 17th from 2 to 4 pm. Rooted in equal parts hot swing, snarky songwriting, and lyrical storytelling, this energetic trio of virtuoso violin, guitar, and bass plus three part harmony vocals will transport you to a speakeasy somewhere in the back of a bar. You might not be able to sit still in your seat, and you’ll probably have a smile on your face most of the show!“Hotshot swing, crackerjack instrumentals, superb harmonies &amp; hysterical stagecraft” —The Folk Project
Rob Flax possesses a rare combination of skills: he is an award-winning violinist, classically trained but known for his jazz and improvisational pyrotechnics and irresistible grooves, plus a deep knowledge of American fiddle traditions. He's also a powerhouse vocalist, capable of silky crooning a la Nat King Cole or visceral Chicago blues shouts, and a consummate songwriter with lyrical depth to complement the instrumental virtuosity.
Rob Flax's Boom Chick Trio adds guitar, upright bass, and three part vocals to the mix, elevating Rob's eclectic originals with intricate instrumental interplay, tight vocal harmonies, and irreverent humor.
Joining Rob is Slava Tolstoy, a Boston based guitarist, singer and producer, originally from St. Petersburg Russia. Slava’s original songs are best described as energetic pop-rock with tight arrangements, virtuoso soloing and deep and meaningful lyrics in the best traditions of Russian rock.
Chris Sartori is a bassist, percussionist, and multi-instrumentalist currently based out of Boston. “Hotshot swing, crackerjack instrumentals, superb harmonies &amp; hysterical stagecraft” —The Folk Project
Throughout 10+ years touring nationally with Americana genre-defiers, Twisted Pine, Chris has studiously carved out a niche as the funkiest bassist in bluegrass. A graduate of the Jazz program at Umass Amherst, Chris is a lifelong student of music, dedicated to groove, improvisation, and bringing the music to life each night. Each has been in more award winning traveling groups that we could list here.

Driver is for providing reliable and courteous transportation to individuals with safety a top priority; provide a communication link between individuals and staff; operate and maintain assigned vehicles; and to maintain vehicle and individual's records.&nbsp; Looking for drivers to commit to a minimum of 10 hours a week.&nbsp; Sign on bonus for those who work 20 hours a week or more only.
Shifts:
AM 6:30am - 10am
PM 2:30pm - 5:30pm
Compensation:
$21.00 per hour
Prefer that candidate works a minimum of 10 hours per week. 
Sign On Bonus for those who work 20 hours or more per week.
Affirm Individual Rights and Dignity including, but not limited to:

<li>Ensure that individuals are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Minute Man's Human Rights Policy and DDS (Department of Developmental Disabilities) regulations.</li>
<li>Assist individuals in maintaining their privacy and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Support individual's ethnic and religious preferences.</li>
<li>Ensure individuals have the right to be free from harm or abuse.</li>
</ul>
As a mandated reporter, staff must understand DPPC guidelines and appropriately utilize the reporting process. Duties may also include filling out incident reports and writing notes in the communication log. Drug screen, proof of physical and criminal background check process required.
<ul>
<li>Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and consumer courtesy.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles, when necessary.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Fuel the vehicles, as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate, up to date records on trip sheets, consumer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assist individuals in and out of the vehicle ensuring that all required safety equipment is utilized in the process of transporting consumers. This will include, but may not be limited to, operating ramps, lifts, and utilizing securement devices, as needed.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Read and interpret maps and driving directions to take the most efficient route. and read and interpret road signs in English.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
