• Fifth Member Position: Wakefield Retirement Board (mass.gov) — Wakefield residents are being invited to apply for an open Fifth Member seat on the town's Retirement Board, a three‑year, unpaid role that helps oversee the Wakefield Retirement System. Applicants must not be town employees, retirees, or officials, and must attend monthly morning meetings and complete required training. Letters of interest and resumes are due by noon on Friday, October 9, 2026.
