Dombroski is a Republican seeking to represent the 5th Middlesex District in the Massachusetts State Senate.
Lewis and Dombroski are campaigning to represent Malden, Melrose, Stoneham, Wakefield, Reading and parts of Winchester in the State Senate.
The councilors include Mehreen Butt (Chair), Jonathan Chines (Vice-Chair), Julie Smith-Galvin, Mike McLane, and Bob Vincent.
Wakefield residents have a chance to be appointed to a variety of open seats in town government.
