RESULTS: State Rep., 32nd Middlesex District
Democratic incumbent Paul Brodeur and Republican challenger John Lock were on the ballot.

Democratic incumbent State Rep. Paul Brodeur defeated Republican challenger John Lock Tuesday by a wide margin to retain his 32nd Middlesex District seat.
According to preliminary results, Brodeur received roughly 70 percent of the vote.
The 32nd Middlesex District covers Melrose and portions of Malden and Wakefield.
