Town Of Wakefield Announces Affordable Housing Rental Lottery

WAKEFIELD, MA — Located at 198 Albion Street in Wakefield, the Albion Flats will be holding an affordable housing lottery for two one-bedroom apartments. One surface parking space is available at no charge per unit, and each unit includes a washer and dryer and one storage unit.

Applicants must meet certain eligibility requirements and submit an application to MCO Housing Services by April 7, 2025. The lottery will take place on Wednesday, April 30. Additional information and the application are available on the MCO Housing website.
