Town Of Wakefield: Call To Artists: Square Works Art Show Is Coming!

The Wakefield Arts Collaborative, in partnership with the Albion Cultural Exchange, are pleased to announce a "Call to Artists" to participate in an upcoming show, Square Works. For this show, all items will be "square" works of visual art that are either 12 inches square or 16 inches square, and will be in multiples of 2, 4, or 6 pieces. Pieces can be any medium and can be flat pieces or three dimensional. Single entries will not be accepted for this show.

"This is a new theme for an Arts Collaborative of Wakefield show and has been well received by members and local artists." according to Kathy Frey of the Arts Collaborative. "We can’t wait to see what people come up with."

The show will run during the month of October 2021 at the Albion Cultural Exchange and be open on the following dates:. 

• Opening Night, Friday, 10/1, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Saturdays in Oct from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30
• Thursdays in Oct from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.  10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28

This is a non-juried show, there is no cost to participate, and is open to both members and non-members.
