WAKEFIELD, MA — Wakefield’s Treasury Department has just released their latest list of unclaimed funds.

If you are among those with an outstanding check, simply complete the included claim form and submit to the Treasurer’s Office for a replacement check. Claim forms must be submitted with an original signature; electronic copies, photocopies, and faxed copies will not be accepted. Please bring a photo ID with you, or enclose a copy of a photo ID if mailing.
