Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber Hosts Healthy Living Expo

The Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber of Commerce will host its inaugural Healthy Living Expo on Saturday, September 16^th at the Americal Civic Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This free family event is focused on health, wellness, fitness, lifestyle changes and financial/retirement health, and will feature interactive and complimentary health screenings, fitness demonstrations, healthy food presentations, giveaways, prize drawings, and a flu clinic, among other family-friendly activities and demonstrations.

“We are excited to be hosting this inaugural event that will promote healthy lifestyles and enable individuals and families to learn new ways to stay healthy,” Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber of Commerce Co-Presidents Tom Mullen and Janice Casoli said. “We encourage local businesses to become involved by joining us as exhibitors and/or sponsors.”

Sponsors of the event include Gold sponsors Hallmark Health and Lahey Health; Silver sponsors Rebirth and Whole Foods; and Bronze sponsor Boys and Girls Club of Stoneham and Wakefield.

A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available, which include silver sponsorship ($500and bronze sponsorship ($250).

Local businesses and health professionals are also welcome to participate as an exhibitor. The cost is $50 for Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber members and $100 for nonmembers. Nonmembers who join the Chamber with this event will have $50 deducted from their first-year membership dues.
