Wakefield Town Hall Expands Public Hours
Though public access to the building is limited as the reopening plan continues, staff are still working and available.

Beginning September 9, 2020, Wakefield’s Town Hall, located at 1 Lafayette Street, has expanded its public hours:

- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Though public access to the building is limited as the reopening plan continues, staff are still working and available via phone and email during regular business hours. The mailboxes at the front entrance of the building will remain, and residents are encouraged to continue to utilize online resources on our site to make Public Works purchases, pay tax and water bills, and access forms and applications.
