The event will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00pm at the Walpole Public Library, Community Room, 143 School Street. Registration will begin at 5:45pm.
Elizabeth Paolini (of Foxboro) along with Jim Dunn will represent Dedham Savings and discuss the mortgage process. Mary Jane Lightbody from the local chapter of Century 21 American Properties will highlight the role of the real estate broker. Attorney Jim Brady will address the offer to purchase, the details of the purchase and sale agreement as well as legal issues at closing.
