Dedham Savings Presents Free Homebuyers' Seminar

If you are buying your first home or currently own a home and are thinking of selling and buying again, there are many questions you may need answered. What kind of mortgage is right for you? How much can you afford? What is the importance of your credit score? To help you better understand the home buying process from start to finish, these topics and many more will be discussed at the free homebuyer’s seminar presented by Dedham Savings. The event will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00pm at the Walpole Public Library, Community Room, 143 School Street. Registration will begin at 5:45pm.

 

Elizabeth Paolini (of Foxboro) along with Jim Dunn will represent Dedham Savings and discuss the mortgage process. Mary Jane Lightbody from the local chapter of Century 21 American Properties will highlight the role of the real estate broker. Attorney Jim Brady will address the offer to purchase, the details of the purchase and sale agreement as well as legal issues at closing.
