Waltham Social Security Office Moves To New Location In City

The Social Security Office has moved form its Prospect Street location to beaver Street, according to a spokesman for the federal agency.

The office moved in the days before Christmas to its new location at 135 Beaver St, according to Social Security Adminsitration spokesman Stephen Richardson.It was previously located at 50 Prospect St.

While he did not cite a specific reason for the moved, he said the agency considers safety, accessiblitiy to public transporation, additional parking and accesibility to the community, according to Richardson.
