a)  Public hearing and vote on a petition by National Grid requesting a grant of location for the installation and maintenance of 250 feet of 4 inch gas main in Coolidge Hill Road from an existing 4 inch gas main at Building #57 easterly to Building #76 for new gas service.

10.     MOTIONS, ORDERS AND RESOLUTIONS:

a)  Resolution authorizing the establishment of a Revolving Fund for the Drug Enforcement Task Force lease activity during Fiscal Year 2013.  

b)  Resolution authorizing the establishment of a Revolving Fund for the Commander’s Mansion activity during Fiscal Year 2013.

c)  Resolution authorizing the establishment of a Revolving Fund for the Watertown Free Public Library Printing Program activity during Fiscal Year 2013.

d)  First Reading on a proposed Order establishing Water and Sewer Rates and Charges for Fiscal Year 2013.

e) Resolution authorizing a transfer of $60,000 from the Fiscal Year 2012 Short Term Interest Account to the Fiscal Year 2012 Transfer to Town Capital Projects Account in order to be in compliance with Bond Counsel requirements related to the borrowing for the Victory Field Renovation Project.
