a) Informational Presentation on moving forward with a Comprehensive Plan dealing with a broad spectrum of issues, including development, zoning, and transportation, in order to encourage Town government and its citizens to work in concert toward common goals – Steven Magoon, Director of Community Development and Planning and Ken A. Schwartz, VHB Engineering, Surveying and Landscape Architecture, P.C.

b) Informational Presentation on the restriping of the western portion of Main Street as one travel lane and one bike lane in each direction in accordance with the Honorable Town Council’s policy guidance – Gerald S. Mee, Jr., Superintendent of Public Works and Steven Magoon, Director of Community Development and Planning.

7. MOTIONS, ORDERS AND RESOLUTIONS:

a) Consideration of Possible Action on Police Headquarters Design Contract Closeout Settlement - Kaestle Boos Associates, Inc.

b) Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $99,750.00 from the Fiscal Year 2013 Council Reserve Account to the Fiscal Year 2013 Comprehensive Plan Account in order to fund the Comprehensive Plan in accordance with the Honorable Town Council’s Budget Policy Guideline.

c) Resolution authorizing Acceptance and Expenditure of a Gift of Funds in the amount of $10,000.00 to offset expenses related to the “Faire on the Square 2012”.

a) Charitable Ad Hoc Committee report and action on the 2012Harvard/O’Neil/Watertown charitable awards – Council President Sideris.
