• Man Fatally Shot by Cambridge Police Identified (thecrimson.com) — A 64-year-old Watertown resident, William Woodworth, has been identified as the man fatally shot by Cambridge police after allegedly pointing a loaded gun at officers in Central Square. Middlesex County prosecutors are reviewing body camera footage, interviewing witnesses, and plan to seek a judicial inquest, while Cambridge officials call the death a tragic loss and pledge transparency.
