POLL: Should Watertown Ban Tobacco Sales at Pharmacies?

The Board of Health passed new regulations that prohibit sales of tobacco products at health care institutions, including pharmacies.


Earlier this month, the Watertown Board of Health passed new tobacco regulations which include a ban of the sale of tobacco products at health care instutions, inlcuidng pharmacies.

The new rules, which go into effect on Dec. 1, 2012, would impact the two CVS Pharmacies in Watetown. 

Another change is raising the the minimum age people are allowed to buy cigarettes and other tobacco in Watertown from 18 to 19.
