Beloved Fast-Food Chains Coming To Wayland Under One Roof

The combined location will allow customers to order coffee, breakfast items and sandwiches all in one stop.

WAYLAND, MA — Two favorite fast-food brands are coming to Wayland and will serve donuts and sandwiches under one roof.

A new Dunkin’ and Jimmy John’s location is slated to open at 289 Boston Post Rd. in Wayland. It is set to debut in the former Bank of America building.

The dual concept will be operated by The Pesce Network, according to the town. The Concord-based business, run by Megan and Mark Pesce, is a franchise with over 60 Dunkin' and Jimmy John's stores across the state.

Jimmy John's is owned by Inspire Brands, which acquired Dunkin' in 2020. The corporation operates a number of other chains, including Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Rusty Taco and SONIC Drive-In.

Meanwhile, a similar dual-brand concept is also set to debut in Framingham, according to the MetroWest Daily News. The Jimmy John's and Dunkin' location will open at 692 Cochituate Rd. in the city.

Wayland's Opening Celebration

The town has planned a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the business's grand opening in Wayland. The public is invited to attend on Friday, Apr. 17, at 10 a.m.
