Elements Massage Opens in Wayland Town Center

Elements Therapeutic Massage brings highly customized massage techniques to Wayland Town Center

It’s a myth that all massages are created equal, and licensed massage therapist Heather Bachman, and general manager of the new Elements Therapeutic Massage of Wayland, is on a mission to help area consumers experience the healing benefits of massage therapy services tailored to meet their unique needs. The new massage studio, located in the new Wayland Town Center, opened its doors on May 10.

Unlike most area massage retailers, Elements has created a niche in an increasingly competitive industry by specializing solely in massage services and providing a highly customized experience to each client. According to a study from Trajectory Research of 800+ massage users, Elements’ clients reported more than 50 percent higher satisfaction levels than users of independent massage providers or other major franchise massage brands.*

“We are focused on providing customized massages to every client – our therapists use the right technique and right pressure that you just don’t find at run-of-the-mill massage retailers,” said Heather. “The Elements franchise was founded on the healing benefits of massage, and we’re looking forward to making a positive impact on our clients’ lives.”

As a Massachusetts native, Heather is excited to be back after spending 10 years in Atlanta working as a massage therapist and coaching clients, as well as professional athletes, in health and wellness. Truly impressed by the therapist-centric business model and continuing education available in massage techniques, she is proud to join the Elements team and is thrilled to open the new location in Wayland Town Center.

Once viewed as an expensive splurge, Elements is making therapeutic massages increasingly affordable and available to time-starved consumers who recognize the value of massages in maintaining their overall health and wellness. Those who receive regular massages benefit from lower levels of stress hormones, a heightened immune system, and increase in circulation.

Across the country, Elements has generated strong growth even in a down economy with average studio revenues growing 20 percent in 2011 compared to the prior year.*For potential franchisees, Elements boasts a lower investment and cost structure with a smaller footprint, less build-out and lower rent than competitors in the massage retail space; making the franchise more operationally efficient, and is the only massage franchise to share certain gross profit information in its Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

The new Wayland studio will be open 7-days a week, welcomes walk-ins and offers a membership program that allows clients to receive regular, discounted massage therapy services throughout each month. For more information, please call (508) 358-2700 or visit www.elementsmassage.com/Wayland
