Scott Brown Has Excitement on His Side Again

As the Wayland Republican Town Committee members held their huge Scott Brown sign at the corner of Route 30 and Route 27 in Cochituate this past Saturday, it became apparent that the voters are again supporting Scott Brown. 

Cars honked, trucks blew their air horns, people waved, drivers slowed down to speak with us and one even parked and asked for a Brown lawn sign. Yes, even cars filled with women gave the thumbs up and beeped, in spite of how Professor Warren attempts to alienate women against Brown.

So to be fair, I drove over to Wayland Center and watched the five Warren supporters hold their signs and wave at cars. What I saw and heard in 15 minutes of watching was NEARLY NOTHING. Cars drove by and mostly ignored the Warren signs. A recent poll shows Scott Brown ahead by 5 points. I know polls fluctuate, but what I also know is the enthusiasum for Sen. Brown is growing in momentum while no real excitement surrounds Professor Warren. 

I spoke with an unenrolled voter this past weekend who usually votes Democrat.  He said he is voting for Sen. Brown because Brown casts votes as a moderate and makes common sense decisions not guided by partisian politics. I could not have said it any better.

So if you see us holding our big Brown sign, beep, say hi and please vote for common sense, lower taxes and more jobs.
