Coronavirus: Wayland Limits Gatherings To 10 People
Wayland has declared a public health emergency over the growing coronavirus outbreak in Massachusetts.

WAYLAND, MA — Wayland is enacting tougher standards on public gatherings at food establishments. For the foreseeable future, only 10 people — including staff — will be allowed to gather in one place at a time, officials said.
The new guideline comes after Wayland declared a public health emergency on Friday, and after two people who work at restaurants in town either tested positive or live with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.
"If your total number exceeds 10 at any time, individuals must be restricted from entering and should wait outside socially distancing from each other," town officials said in a statement on Friday.
