Our Healthy Eating Specialist will host a support group that meets once a week with you. Get great ideas each week. Hear about nutrition information and additional resources available to you……..celebrate success with the famous Rip Esselstyn on March 1st!
All you need to do to participate is to email charlotte.rosato@wholefoods.com no later than January 31. Give your name and phone number. Join her at Whole Foods Market in Wayland on Feb. 1 at 6pm for the kick-off.
Meetings will be held on Wednesday evenings through February.
What in the World is Engine 2?

Week Three: No extracted oils. You’re now a firefighter!
