Author Visit with Barbara McGrath

Author Barbara McGrath will talk about her book, "The Storm: Students of Biloxi, Mississippi Remember Hurricane Katrina."  This selection of stories and artwork by 91 children in grades K-12, emphasizes the resilience of children and the healing powers of art. 

Barbara will also talk about  the process of writing a book, from idea to finished product.  She is the author of many children’s books.

All are welcome to attend, from kids ages 5 and up to adults.  The talk will take place in the Raytheon Room.
