Parents and guardians are welcome to attend a support forum. The meeting will provide adults with an opportunity to process the impact of and response to the death of Lauren Astley.
The facilitator will be Dr. Mark Kline, Associate Director at the Human Relations Service, Wayland's community mental health agency. Dr. Kline, a psychologist, has worked with Wayland students, families, and schools for many years. He will outline key ways parents can help their children cope with this past week's tragedy.
