Raising Resilient Children-a special evening with Dr. Robert Brooks

On Thursday, March 22, hear from one of the country’s leading speakers and parenting experts on fostering resilience, self-esteem, strength and optimism in children of all ages. The recipient of numerous awards, Dr. Brooks is on the faculty of Harvard Medical School and has authored or co-authored 14 books including Raising Resilient Children: Fostering Strength, Hope and Optimism in your child; Raising a Self-Disciplined Child; and Seven Steps to Improve Your Child’s Social Skills. Select books will be available for purchase. Held at Temple Shir Tikva located (141 Boston Post Road) in Wayland from 7-9pm. Cost is $5 for JCC and Temple Shir Tikva members and $10 for nonmembers. Open to the entire community.
