The Second Annual Wayland High School Student Movie Festival will take place Wednesday, May 25. The red carpet starts at 6:30 p.m. and the screenings and award ceremony will follow.
This year there are three movies up for awards: preFamous, an action adventure movie that takes place in real and virtual worlds; Molineux, a surreal teenage drama adapted from the story My Kinsman, Major Molineux by Nathaniel Hawthorne; and Behind Closed Doors, a Rod Sterling-esque thriller.
The festival is rated PG.
