Residents Concerned About Proposed Affordable Housing For Cochituate Neighborhood
Some residents voiced concerns at a recent meeting about a proposed project.

WAYLAND, MA — Residents in a Cochituate neighborhood raised concern to the Board of Selectmen about a plan to build affordable housing in their area.
A proposal to build 12 townhomes on School Street is on the table, with the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency reviewing the developer's plans, reports the MetroWest Daily News.
Several residents spoke at a recent meeting, and signed a letter, to voice concerns that the project doesn't complement the single-family residential neighborhood, and would increase traffic.
