K-12 summer soccer camps in Wayland, Wilmington, Tewksbury, and Belmont MA. Features: Sportsmanship: Our camp culture prizes sportsmanship, highlighted by our daily sportsperson awards and weekly CSS Cup. Skill Development: Ball control, possession, finishing, team tactical training, and multi-themed camps. Campers receive evaluations weekly, and parents receive daily photos and updates of training. Home Grown: We are run by established, credentialed local teachers and coaches. Many CSS campers are accepted into our CIT program and become coaches. WAYLAND, MA—Wayland's got a new designation, and one of which to be proud. Wayland is now a Purple Heart Community, as indicated by some new signs around town. The signs are the culmination of a program sponsored by the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Department of Massachusetts, and the national organization in order to get all three hundred and 51 Massachusetts cities and towns designated as Purple Heart Communities, according to an announcement from the town. Wayland became a Purple Heart Town in May of 2015, making this one of the most Veteran friendly towns in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The process started with a Proclamation approved by the Board of Selectmen, the Military Order of the Purple Heart, the Massachusetts State Legislature, and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation District Three.
